RETURN & REFUND POLICY

"We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ross@faireven.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error."
